The review about this product
The icicles are beautiful. The packaging for shipment was phenomenal. I could tell that a lot of care was taken into making sure I got the product undamaged. However, when I checked the inventory three were missing. I emailed the company and received an immediate response apologizing for the mistake. A couple days later the three missing icicles were received. So not only am I highly satisfied with the product, but highly satisfied with the company!
