These are beautiful on the tree. Light bounces off them just enough to add more life to a tree. I had two packs originally and ended up ordering two more so they are all over the Christmas tree. They add such a lovely touch. These are very slender and delicate with wonderful detail for a simple icicle. I think the detail is why the light reflects so well. I have some other, thicker icicle ornaments and they are no comparison to these with the way the light catches off these. They aren't very noticeable on the tree so if you're looking for a dramatic effect, these don't do it but for a touch of elegance and shimmer, you can't go wrong with these.
