Firstly, the craftsmanship is excellent. My wife loved the gift. I actually opted for a dated ornament, instead of a name.
Secondly, to no fault of Rocky Mtn Creation, there was a delay in shipping. After contacting Rocky Mtn Creation, they IMMEDIATELY responded and began to work to track down the order...offering to send another the next day if they could not obtain any information quickly. Right away, I received an email that the order was at a USPS distribution center near me and would be delivered next day or the day after. I felt like I was emailing a local small business owner that I already had a relationship with.
